Insurance:
Insurance is automagically included in the shipping costs for purchase over $100 from Catherine's Jewelry.

Insurance for purchases totaling less than $100, YOU must ADD the appropriate amount as listed above. I will not include insurance on your package unless you have indicated you want the coverage (by adding the extra cost to your total payment.) All insured packages ship via Priority Mail.



Service:
All packages are mailed through the United States Post Office via standard 1st Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation included. If you'd like to add Priority Mail or Express Overnight (up to $26.65) delivery service, then please add the appropriate postage to your total.

All packages ship within 3 days of receiving payment. Your artisan jewelry will arrive promptly in a gift box ready for wrapping. Tracking numbers are available upon request. Once I've shipped your package, you will receive an e-mail verifying your purchase, and it's shipment.



International:

Please note - Customer is responsible for any Import/Duty or Value Added Tax. Please be aware of such taxes or fees that pertain to your Country before ordering.



If an overseas parcel is returned as "undeliverable", a refund for the purchase price may be given after the contents are inspected for damage. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. Please make arrangements to accept delivery with your local postal service.



If a customer refuses to accept a package in order to avoid a tax, and it is returned to me, there will be no refund issued. Please DO NOT order from overseas unless you are certain you actually want the item, and can pay the customs duty.
