If you don't see exactly what you want, or if one of the pieces would be perfect if it was just done in your birthstone - I can make it so! Most of the items you see on my site can be made in any metal and with any gemstone - you decide what you need! Also, pierced can be made clip, chains can be shortened, etc..., etc..., or vice-versa. It usually takes 10-14 business days for a 'special order' to be in your hands.

I LOVE playing in my gems and beads - let me custom design something special, just for you! I always discuss custom work in great detail before any 'work' is started; you must approve of design sketches (including photos of materials to be used) first. Custom orders are paid in advance and are non-refundable. Please send your custom design inquiry to me through the contact page of this website.

On request I also do repairs and sell loose stones and missing parts (like those pesky little earring backs!) Please contact me to see what I have in stock.

Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 3 days of receipt. Returned jewelry must unworn, in it's original condition, with it's box; once I have received the jewelry back, you will be refunded the full purchase amount, less shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact me before returning anything, so I know to watch for it in the mail. I recommend using a trackable service for returns as Catherine's Jewelry cannot be held responsible for shipments lost in the mail. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

I guarantee that upon leaving my studio the jewelry you order will be in excellent condition/repair. If for some reason it is damaged in transit you must notify me as soon as it arrives. I will only take returns and/or make exchanges within three days of its arrival to you. I say this as much to protect myself as to assure you.

~ A quick note about caring for your jewelry ~

Store your jewelry in a dry area and not in direct sunlight. Moisture can damage the finish and severely tarnish your jewelry; sunlight can cause fading.  Tarnishing of sterling silver is a natural process caused by oxidation and moisture in the air. Tarnishing does not damage the silver and can be removed by using a treated polishing cloth. Do not use treated polishing cloths on soft gemstones or pearls. Avoid storing sterling silver jewelry directly on wood surfaces or with other metals. DO NOT store sterling silver in direct contact with plastic - it will "pit" the silver. The best cleaner for faceted gemstones is toothpaste and/or window-cleaner. True story! :-)
